- Amy Choi16.08.2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Like many reviewers before me, I found the service at the Chanel Chadstone store to be totally sub- standard for a supposedly luxury store. No greetings from the sales reps and left waiting for at least 25 mins with no service. There should have been some acknowledgement from the staff even if they are serving other customers. The in-store experience is in disconnect with the luxury goods that the store is supposed to sell. Given the volume of similar bad reviews about the Chadstone Chanel store, it's surprising that the company has not done anything to rectify the situation with proper staff training. Maybe they have worked out that there are still plenty of suckers out there who are prepared to tolerate atrocious 'customer
service' and happy to pay for overpriced 'luxury' products.
